Commitment to Sustainability, Equity, and Inclusion

 The organizers aims for the 2024 CSMA Conference to be an enriching and intellectually challenging experience for all participants, free from any discrimination or harassment of any nature, particularly when abuse of power is involved. All CSMA 2024 attendees are expected to behave accordingly.:  

• The use of trains, public transport, and sustainable transportation solutions are strongly encourage. All the measures taken in terms of eco-responsibility can be found on this page.
• We are dedicated to creating a harassment-free and inclusive conference environment. Everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, ethnicity, religion, or status, should feel comfortable at all times, both during the conference and social events. If you experience or witness discrimination, harassment or other unethical behavior at the conference, we encourage you to seek advice and remedyby consulting with the organizers..
   

The organizers are entitled to remove registered participants from the conference (without refunding the conference fees) if they are deemed to pose an ethical risk to other participants.
