  • Opening of contribution submission: July 13, 2023
  • Registration opening: November 6, 2023
    • Senior: 1250€
    • Students: 750€
      (To be eligible for the special rate: proof of student status required for 2023-2024.)
  • Closure of contribution submission:
    • Extended abstract submission (4 to 8 pages) : submissions will remain open until 31 December 2023. All contributions submitted after 1 December will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. 
    • Software session: December 31, 2023
  • Response to authors: end of january, 2024

  • Registration closure: 17 March 13 2024
