Instructions to authors
Here is some information about the organization of oral and poster presentations.
Submission of abstracts is closed.
By submitting a paper, authors implicitly accept publication on HAL.
During the Poster session, the scientific committee will highlight themes that will be specified later.
Templates for submitting extended abstracts :
Please use one of the three templates below to submit extended abstracts. All the necessary information is provided in these templates.
The extended abstract should be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 8 pages.
Oral presentations:
Oral presentations may be given in French or English.
Presentations will last 20 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions.
Each room will have a video projector connected to a computer running Microsoft Office, LibreOffice, and Acrobat Reader DC.
It is widely hoped that you will prefer to use the provided equipment; please ensure that your presentation is portable and can be tested in the conference rooms during the breaks.
Posters:
Posters can be in any format. You will be given a 1m wide by 2m high panel to hang them on. More precise installation instructions will be sent to you on arrival at the symposium.
